Dear John, Jan and Mike,
I hope all is well with you. I wanted to send over my thanks for all your work putting on so much for the festival. Being part of your closing sound bath and ceremony was one of my highlights and it's wonderful to see how grammar's wood is becoming part of a community. I am so glad that you had such a great response to your events. Please pass on my thanks to others involved as well. I've coped in our post-festival asks below, please do send any feedback via the survey so we can keep making things even better!

We've got a few post festival requests for you. We’re gathering feedback from event attendees to help us gain a better understanding of what went well and where we can improve. So far, 98% of attendees have rated their enjoyment of the festival as either 4 or 5 stars! We would love to hear from as many people as possible and welcome all kinds of feedback, good or bad.
We would really appreciate if you would share the attendee survey on your social media channels or through any other means of communication with your audience. Event attendees survey: https://iwbiosphere.org/ feedback
We’ve also created a short survey for event organisers. We’d really value your honest feedback on running an event this year, if you have any comments on the process, communication, support or anything else you’d like to mention! All positive and constructive feedback can help us improve the festival for future years.

If you took any photos or videos during your event we’d love for you to share them with us. We have a Dropbox folder you can upload images and videos to (you don’t need to create an account to do this). We may share these images on our social media, which will help celebrate the success of the festival over the coming weeks as well as promote future festivals. This will be particularly beneficial if you organise any events for future Biosphere Festivals.

Finally, we’re delighted to confirm that next year’s Biosphere Festival will be taking place between June 26th and July 4th 2027. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear about future festival updates and plans for next year.

Once again, thank you for contributing to the festival. We really hope you’ll be a part of it again next year!
Best wishes,
